Ingredients:

Coriander-8 bunches

Mint- 4 bunches
3.    
Green chilies- 6

Butter- 100 gm
5.    
Cheese- 200 gm

Salt- ½ tsp

Tomato sauce- 100 gm

Sandwich Bread
Method:
- Wash green chilies, mint, coriander and grind.
- To this add butter, cheese, salt and tomato sauce and grind again till all these mix well.
- Chutney is ready.
- wash tomato and peel off skin of cucumber. Then cut tomato and cucumber into slices.
- Remove core of bread, spread chutney on two slices on one side, keep slices of tomato and cucumber between two slices.
- Veg sandwich is ready to eat.
