1.     Potatoes-1 kg
2.     Salt-1 tsp
3.     Green chillies- 8 (paste)
4.     Lemon- ½ 
Ingredients For Filling:
1.     Kheema- 200 gm
2.     Salt- ½  tsp
3.     Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
4.     Green chillies- 5
5.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
6.     Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
7.     Onion-1
8.     Coriander-1 bunch
9.     Oil- 50 gm
  • Boil potatoes to make them tender. When these potatoes become tender peel off their skin and add salt, green chillies and lemon and mash it.
Method For Filling:
  • Pour oil in a vessel and fry onion and green chillies till onion turns golden. Take off onion and chillies from vessel and keep aside. Now add Kheema in the vessel and also salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, garlic ginger and fry  well. Add water to this and cook until Kheema becomes tender.
  •  When Kheema becomes tender add coriander, fried onion and green chillies and cook till water dries. 
  •   When you are done with Kheema, take some potato in hand in circular shape put some kheema and shape it as a bulged ball. Cutlets are ready all we need to do is fry this.
  • Then take some oil in pan and shallow fry the cutlets (both sides)  until it turns golden.
  • Cutlets are now ready to be served.
