Tomato Cutt

1.     Tomato- 1 kg
2.     Salt-1 ½ tsp
3.     Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
4.     Garlic & ginger paste- 1 tsp
5.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
6.     Coconut milk- 200 ml
7.     Zeera- ½
8.     Rai- ½ tsp
9.     Kalongi- ¼ tsp
10.  Coriander-2
11.   Curry leaves- few
  •  Cook tomato till it becomes tender and then mash it. Put this in net to extract its juice. To this juice add coconut milk. Now keep this aside.
  •   In a vessel pour some oil, when oil heats add zeera, and cook until its turns light golden then add kalongi and rai,  when it cooks put off the flame and add curry leaves and cover the vessel with lid at once. After five minutes put on the flame and add  garlic ginger paste, red chilli, salt, turmeric powder and mix this well. Now add coriander and fry. To this add the tomato and coconut juice. Let this mixture boil for 5 mins and put the flame off.
  • Then pour this mixture into a mesh to extract the cutt.
