Khadi Daal

1.     Masoor daal- 200 gm
2.     Salt- 1 tsp
3.     Red chilli powder- ¼  tsp
4.     Green chillies-6
5.     Turmeric powder- ¼  tsp
6.     Garlic ginger paste- ½ tsp
7.     Onion-1
8.     Tomato-1
9.     Coriander-2
10.  Oil- 50 gm
  • After washing daal soak it for 2 hrs.
  • In a vessel pour oil and fry onion and green chillies until onion turns soft. Then add salt, garlic ginger, red chilli, turmeric powder and fry. Then add coriander and fry. Now add tomato and 400 ml water. Let this come to boil then add daal and set medium  flame. When the daal cooks and water dries set the lowest flame for 5 mins.
