Qubani Ka Meetha


1.     Dry apricot (Qubani)- 1 kg
2.     Sugar- 700 gm
3.     Malai or cream- 250 gm

  • Soak qubani in water for 5 hrs.
  • Now take off seeds (shells containing almonds) from it.
  • Now take sugar in vessel and add the water in which qubani was soaked and make sugar syrup by boiling.
  • Now add this sugar syrup to qubani and cook till it becomes thick. Put off the stove.
  • Take the qubani seeds and break its shell to get the almond like fruit. Add this to the above qubani.
  • Qubani ka meetha is ready. Serve it with malai or cream.
